Three steps to an Inland Empire restroom

1. Phone in the details

Give the address or nearest cross street, the headcount, the dates and any gate code, and the flat weekly rate is quoted on that same call.

2. Drop and placement

A driver sets the unit on level ground the truck can reach, whether that is a Rialto warehouse slab or a cabin lot above Crestline.

3. Weekly pump, then pickup

The unit is pumped and restocked on a set weekday, and pickup is arranged by phone once the job or event wraps up.

San Bernardino site: how many porta potties to plan?

Inland Empire warehouse crews

OSHA 1926.51 covers San Bernardino crews up to twenty with one toilet, then beyond twenty a urinal and seat for every 40. Most crews here keep one per ten on a forty-hour week.

Four hours, fifty guests

Book a toilet for every 50 party guests across four hours, plus 1 per extra hour. San Bernardino park birthdays start there.

Alcohol adds a third

Add about a third more if alcohol is served. Mountain weddings near Lake Arrowhead that run all evening need that bump plus the extra-hour units.

Accessible units, sinks

When units are grouped, 5% should be ADA and the group should always include one. Wherever food is served, a hand-wash station belongs beside the porta potty rental.

Restrooms that turn up when the crew does

San Bernardino runs on early starts. Framers are on the slab before six, road crews close a lane at first light, and a Saturday quinceanera in Perris Hill Park needs its restrooms set before the caterer arrives. That is why our routes begin at 4am and why we quote a flat weekly rate over the phone instead of sending a form into a line. One number, one answer, and a unit on site.

STEP 01

Call and describe the job

Tell us the crew size or the headcount, how long, and the nearest cross street. Ninety seconds is usually enough.

STEP 02

We quote a flat weekly rate

One number covering delivery, the unit, weekly service and pick-up. No fuel line, no environmental line, no surprise.

STEP 03

A driver sets it and services it

Placed where the truck can reach and the crew will use it, then serviced on the same day each week until you call it off.

San Bernardino heat, wind and mountain roads

Wind through Cajon Pass

Fall Santa Ana winds gust hard through the Cajon Pass and across the valley, so units on open lots should be staked or tied off before a wind advisory.

Valley-floor heat

Summer highs above 100°F fill and heat units fast, so busy crews often need service more than once a week.

Up the grade

Sites in Crestline, Lake Arrowhead and Running Springs mean steep grades and winter snow; mountain deliveries usually run the next morning, so allow extra lead time.

Foothill fire-season spots

During fire season, keep units on cleared dirt or pavement away from dry brush, and expect access changes if a fire closes roads.

By the job

What are you renting for?

Sizing it without guessing

Two numbers decide almost everything: how many people, and how long. Past that it is whether alcohol is involved, whether food is being served, and whether the public can attend.

  • One standard unit per ten workers on a forty-hour week
  • One unit per fifty guests for a four-hour event, plus one per extra hour
  • Add about a third more if alcohol is served
  • A hand-wash station wherever food is prepared or served
  • An accessible unit on anything open to the public

Questions we get every week

How fast can a unit get to a San Bernardino jobsite?

Most valley addresses can be covered the same day if the call comes in before about noon, and the mountain communities usually go out the next morning because the driver has to run the grade. Ask when you call and you will get a real window, not a range.

What does a porta potty rental actually cost here?

It is a flat weekly rate that depends on the unit, how many you need and how far the truck drives. Standard units on a valley jobsite sit at the low end; a restroom trailer above the Rim of the World is at the other. You get the number on the phone before anything is booked.

Do you deliver above the pass and up the mountain?

Yes. Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, Blue Jay, Twin Peaks, Cedar Glen and Sky Forest are all on our routes, along with Devore, Lytle Creek and Wrightwood through the Cajon Pass. Winter deliveries depend on the road being open and plowed to the drop point.

How often is a unit serviced?

Once a week as standard: the tank is pumped, the bowl and floor are washed down, and paper and sanitiser are restocked. Busy festivals and high-headcount jobsites often go to two or three visits a week, which we price when you call.

Can you place a unit inside a gated yard or a fenced site?

Usually, as long as the gate is at least ten feet wide and someone can open it. Tell us the access code or who to call at the gate and the driver will handle it.

Do I need a hand-wash station as well?

If food is being served, or if you are running a jobsite under a health-department or OSHA sanitation requirement, yes. A two-bay hand-wash station beside the units is the piece inspectors look for, and it is a small addition to the weekly rate.
